Photograph

Take a passport-sized photograph

Valid passport
A passport with a validity of at least 1 year and two blank pages.-
Photocopy biometric page
Step 1Make a photocopy of the page containing the applicant's biometric data. -
Ensure passport validity
Step 2Check that the passport is valid for at least 1 year and has two blank pages.

Residence permit
The residence permit issued by the Large Companies and Strategic Groups Unit.-
Copy of residence permit
StepObtain and photocopy the residence permit.

Criminal record certificate
Certificate showing no criminal history from countries of residence in the past 2 years.-
Get criminal record certificate
Step 1 Estimated Cost: 55 USDObtain a criminal record certificate from relevant authorities. -
Apostille the certificate
Step 2 Estimated Cost: 30 USDIf the certificate is issued outside of Spain, ensure it is apostilled. -
Translate the certificate into Spanish
Step 3 Estimated Cost: 40 USDTranslate the certificate into Spanish by an official sworn translator.

Documents proving legal residence within the consular district where the visa is being applied for.-

Proof of representative's identity and capacity
Documents showing the identity of the applicant’s representative and their authority to act on the applicant’s behalf.-
Provide representative's ID

Translate the documents into Spanish
